Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with Pure Boundless7 Freedom! Desiring a refund or return please review the information below to start the process within our store policies. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means if you would like to return any items you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. All items that are on sale are FINAL and not eligible for return or refund.

We cannot refund for any faults or change of mind returns reported after 7 days.

Start the return process using the following email address: pureboundless7freedom@gmail.com             with a photo(s) of the item(s), and a description of why you wish to return, or receive a refund.

Refunds and Returns

Once we have received your request, you will be credited by the same method of payment for the order. Please know it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so we can best serve you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items or gift card purchases are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
