Shipping policy
Each order will receive tracking information with UPS, DHL, or USPS postal service via email they provided.
Orders will be processed usually within 24-72 hours of ordering and usually arrive if in the US within 5-7 days of shipping.
Orders placed from our boutique will be processed within 3-5 days of ordering and usually arrive if in the US within 5-7 business days.
Holidays and weekends are not included in the standard business days with shipping your order so please anticipate this when estimating the time of delivery.
Pure Boundless7 Freedom is not responsible for:
- Delays in USPS, DHL Express, UPS, or other shipping carriers
- International duties or custom charges
- Lost or damaged or marked delivered items
In the event a package was not delivered or is delayed, please reach out to local post office or carrier and neighbors first to check if the location of your package can be identified.
